    You can contact your bank to request an additional limit to use on the Octet Portal if you go over your credit card limit.

    When you become a member of the Octet Portal, you can get instalments for each of your credit cards while making collections through Octet’s virtual POS terminals.   • Which party should pay for the interest rate applied to a credit card instalment plan?

    Octet provides you the flexibility in payment for the interest rates applied to credit card instalment plans. The interest rate can be paid either by the Buyer or the Seller depending on the plan. Besides, the parties may split the interest rate. These terms may vary as per the agreement between the Buyer and the Seller. The Octet Portal supports all these options in the payment of interest rates.

  • Which payment tools can be used on the Octet Portal?

    All personal, business and commercial credit cards, as well as all bank cards (debit cards) can be used on the Octet Portal. The members can make all banking transactions 24/7 on the portal such as EFT, money transfer, etc. as well as collections of commercial invoices. If direct debit order is given, commercial loans can be used as a payment tool. 19 alternative credit cards can be used as a payment tool in 65 countries for global transactions.

  • How do purchase order and payment transactions work on the Octet Portal?

    As soon as the Seller fills in the necessary information, the payment request is sent to the Buyer with SMS and/or e-mail. When the Buyer receives the request, he can make the payment by utilizing any of the tools provided by the Octet Portal. Your regular customers can also become a member on the Octet Portal for free and save their credit card data on the Digital Wallet. Then, they can make payments in full or in instalments.

  • I forgot my password, what can I do?

    When you click on the link ‘I Forgot My Password’, a temporary password is sent to your e-mail address. When you log in to the Octet Portal with your temporary password, you are requested to reset your password. After setting a new password, you can access the portal.

  • How does billing work?

    Octet charges a service fee for the payment service provided. The fee, including BSMV (Banking and Insurance Transaction Tax) rate mutually agreed beforehand, is requested by issuing a receipt.

  • How do I check the status of my transactions?

    When you access the Octet Portal either as a Buyer or a Supplier, you can see your transaction history on the Homepage. You can also view these transactions in detail at the sections My Orders and Payment Links.

  • How much are the transaction fees? How much do the transaction fees cost?

    There is no standard fee-setting on the Octet Portal, and membership is free. The service commission is determined by mutual agreement in consideration with the transaction volume between the Buyer and the Seller on the portal.
